Amy handles the settlement of the trust after a death occurs. Estate and Trust settlement has more complexity then most people realize and Amy works closely with the family during this difficult time. She helps to create the necessary sub-trusts after death, deals with financial and government entities, and makes sure that all necessary death tax returns are filed in a timely manner. Amy earned her paralegal certificate from the Pennsylvania State University in 1990. She has been a member of the Rudnitsky & Hackman team since 1991. |
